Casual Crochet Scarf
The Casual Scarf is available as a free crochet pattern.
The name of this scarf says it all and the pattern is so easy too. I used color crush yarn and this yarn is just lovely with bright modern color combinations.
The Casual Scarf is a lightweight 100% acrylic yarn and suited all my needs. The look, feel and texture of this yarn and the finish result of the scarf is great. The pattern is a one row repeat and I used a bigger size crochet hook for a looser stitch. However, you can also use the recommended hook size and don’t forget to block your work.
The construction of the Casual Scarf is simple. It is worked where one side has increases, then a middle part and decreases on the other side. A shawl is normally worked like this but I opted for the shorter version which suits a scarf instead. With that said, grab your hook and yarn and let’s get started.
